Remarriage & Adultery (In the Bible) by
is a well-researched book on divorce with a controversial finding. The Good
- Good eye-opening information
- Well-written book
- Academic writing style
- Although easy to understand
- Academic writing style
- Short and sweet
- It’s easy to work through this book in a couple of hours.
The Bad
- N/A
The Unsure*
- I always believed women were given the right to divorce, and there are extenuating circumstances which calls for a women’s need for divorce.
- But this book is helpful to look at what the Bible says on this topic.
*My opinion: what I didn’t care for or do not prefer. This will not lower a rating unless it overly distracts from the story.
I am not qualified to remark on the theological aspects of this book and whether the statements made are correct, but Remarriage & Adultery: In the Bible has definitely opened up my eyes to an interesting—albeit very controversial—point of view.
