Martin Hospitality (Martin Generations Book 1)

With an interesting premise of a pregnant teen finding a Christian family, Martin Hospitality is a good uplifting read.

The Good

A promising beginning
An overall good story
Excellent characters
Doesn’t shy away from a complicated subject
Fantastic writing
Good editing with only a few obvious mistakes found
Good ending

The Bad

The middle drags
- I was waiting for something to happen during a solid 100 pages.

The Unsure*

I believe the middle could have been cut since it distracts from the main focus of the book.
The cover is nice, but a more powerful image could help draw people to the book.

*My opinion: what I didn’t care for or do not prefer. This will not lower a rating unless it overly distracts from the story.

While I enjoyed Martin Hospitality and the positive message, I found the plot took an unnecessary turn which distracted from the interesting premise of the book.
